At TorstTees, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Customers may request a return for eligible products within a reasonable period after delivery. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and properly packaged.

Refund Approval Process

Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our Quality Control Department.

If the product passes inspection and is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of DTF transfers and personalized products, certain items may not qualify for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
