Return & Refund Policy Overview
At Törst Tees, we strive to deliver top-quality products and excellent service. We collaborate with reliable fulfillment centers across the United States to offer timely deliveries and competitive pricing. Below you’ll find all the details about our return and exchange policies to ensure a clear and hassle-free experience.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customer-Initiated Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to the original fulfillment warehouse.
Product Condition: All returned items must be in their original state—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps offset the handling and logistical expenses incurred by our warehouse partners.
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 20 days of the original purchase date. We cannot process returns submitted after this period.
Reporting Shortages or Damaged Items
Timeframe: Please report any shortages or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
Defective Items: Mark the defect (e.g., using tape) to help speed up the review process.
Exchanges for Defective Products
Request Deadline: Exchange requests for defective items must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the order.
Required Information: Send an email to info@torsttees.com including your name, order number, product details (brand, style number, color, size, quantity), and a clear photo of the defect along with the clothing tag.
Review Process: Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email info@torsttees.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Pack the items securely in a clean box. Include the RMA number and Purchase Order number inside, and label the outside clearly.
Step 4: Ship using a reliable carrier and send us the tracking number.
Additional Guidelines
Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Inspection Criteria: If returned items do not meet our conditions, the return will be rejected and items may be donated.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 business days following the inspection of returned goods.
Misuse of Return Policy
Any fraudulent or dishonest return attempts will result in a permanent ban from purchasing with Törst Tees.
