Shipping Coverage
Törst Tees proudly delivers to customers throughout the contiguous United States. Please note that we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO addresses. This helps us ensure secure, direct delivery with fewer complications or delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We strive to offer both clarity and affordability when it comes to shipping. Our system calculates shipping based on the most economical choice for your specific order, either Flat Rate or real-time UPS Ground rates.
Free Shipping: Orders totaling $300 or more automatically qualify for free shipping—no matter where in the U.S. you're located.
Orders Under $300: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order total and location.
Flat Rate: A fixed price based on your order value for predictable costs.
UPS Ground (Calculated): Based on package weight and distance from our warehouse to your address—this method ensures you pay the lowest possible shipping when available.
Examples:
A $40 lightweight order might be cheaper via UPS Ground at $19.45 instead of the flat rate of $28.99—our system will apply the lower amount.
An order of 20 heavy items at $40 each may trigger a flat rate of $28.99 if UPS charges $35.99—again, our system will choose the most cost-effective rate.

$130 – $150 = $44.99
$150 – $200 = $49.99
$200 – $250 = $59.99

$299+ = FREE
Split Shipments
In cases where items are shipped from multiple warehouses due to stock availability, we handle each portion separately. The shipping fee shown at checkout reflects all parts of your order.
Items may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
You may choose to adjust your order to ship from a single location if desired, for faster or more economical delivery.
Same-Day Fulfillment
Orders placed before 4 PM (local warehouse time) qualify for same-day shipping. This helps your package get on the move without delay.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on product availability and warehouse proximity. Our interactive shipping map can help you estimate delivery by state.
1-Day: Ships from your closest stocked warehouse.
2–3 Days: Shipped from a nearby but slightly farther warehouse.
Split Orders: Part of your order may arrive the next day, with the rest taking 2–3 days.
Common timeframes:
WA, OR, ID, WY, ND, SD, UT, AZ, NM, NC: Usually 2-day delivery.
MT and some parts of WY: Typically 3-day delivery.

Address Changes & Lost Shipments
Did you enter the wrong address? Contact us or UPS quickly to fix it. Törst Tees isn’t liable for packages after they’ve been marked delivered. For added peace of mind, consider our Secure Shipping option, which includes required delivery signatures.
Missing Items or Tracking Issues
If something's missing, check your email for multiple tracking numbers—your order might’ve shipped from multiple locations. Please notify us within 2 business days for prompt resolution.
Failed Delivery Attempts & Pickups
UPS typically tries twice before holding your package at a local pickup point. Please monitor your tracking status to avoid returned shipments and extra fees.
